We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Food Expeditor to join our dynamic team. As a Food Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of customers receiving *customer service* & their meals promptly and accurately.

- Manage and oversee the flow of orders.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to restaurant standards and meet quality expectations.
- Monitor food preparation times, ensuring efficiencies while maintaining food quality.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management regarding any order issues.
- Some kitchen preparation of dishes.
- Inspect the final presentation of dishes before they reach the guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expediting area.
- Participate in team environment

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or similar culinary environment is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high food quality standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry out physical activities as necessary in a kitchen setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts
